Terms and Conditions for the Coaxcorp Studio trial

Agreement Between Coaxcorp Sarl and the Customer

These Terms and Conditions ("TAC") constitute a legally binding agreement between Coaxcorp Sarl ("Coaxcorp") and you, the customer ("Customer"), governing the use of Coaxcorp Studio, a software application designed for hair salons. By subscribing to and using Coaxcorp Studio, you agree to these TAC.

1. Subscription Basis

Coaxcorp Studio trial is offered on a one-month trial basis.

2. Services and Functionality

Coaxcorp Studio is provided solely for use as outlined in these TAC. The Customer acknowledges that they do not own any rights to the software or its intellectual property. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the software remain with Coaxcorp.

3. Termination by Coaxcorp

Coaxcorp reserves the right to terminate the trial at any time without providing a reason. Such termination will result in the loss of access to the software and its functionalities.

4. Limitation of Liability

Coaxcorp is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the software. This includes, but is not limited to, any losses or damages caused by the software being slow, unavailable, or functioning incorrectly.

7. Modifications to Software

Coaxcorp can add, remove, or modify the software, its content, and functionality without prior notice or approval from the customer.

8. Goodwill and Lawful Use

The Customer agrees to use Coaxcorp Studio in good faith. The software must not be used for purposes such as spamming, engaging in unfair competition, or conducting any illegal activities. Any misuse of the software will result in termination of the subscription and possible legal action.

9. Use of Content Provided By Coaxcorp

Content provided by Coaxcorp is intended solely as a placeholder and should not be considered an endorsement or an accurate representation of the customer’s business. Coaxcorp does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of the provided content. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all content prior to use.

10. Use of Copyrighted Material

Coaxcorp is not responsible for any copyrighted material uploaded and used by the Customer. The Customer agrees to ensure that any content they upload does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties. Any legal issues arising from the use of copyrighted material are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Coaxcorp reserves the right to modify these TAC at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to the terms. Continued use of Coaxcorp Studio after any changes have been made will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These TAC are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Coaxcorp Sarl is established. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these TAC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

By subscribing to and using Coaxcorp Studio, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
